Instructions to Authors
The Journal of Solid Waste Technology and Management publishes full length papers that provide significant contributions to the field of solid waste technology and management. All papers are peer reviewed. To submit a paper for possible publication, please comply with the following requirements:
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONSThe manuscript (in English) should be sent as an email attachment to: email@example.com. Submitting the manuscript is a representation that it has not been copyrighted or published, and is not being submitted for publication elsewhere. Papers should have a main author to whom correspondence will be sent. The main author carries full responsibility that all other authors have approved the manuscript.
MANUSCRIPTInclude all authors’ names and affiliations on the first page. Postal address and email address should be included for the corresponding author (and may also be included for other authors). Titles and headings should be as short as feasible. Avoid using footnotes—instead use referencing. Units should be SI or American with SI in parentheses. Be as concise as feasible – avoid unnecessary or repetitive information.
ABSTRACT AND KEYWORDSAn abstract is required. The abstract should clearly outline the main idea of the paper. It should not exceed 200 words. Also include keywords (maximum 6) after the abstract for indexing purposes.
ILLUSTRATIONSAll illustrations (tables, graphs, photographs and figures) should be properly identified by numbers. Each illustration should be mentioned within the text. Illustrations should have short captions.
REFERENCESAll references should be consecutively numbered or alphabetized in a reference list at the end of the paper. All references should be complete and give adequate information.
